The App is a planning and record-keeping aid only. It does not replace your dive training, your rebreather’s manual, the manufacturer’s procedures, or your own pre-dive checks and judgement. Checklists, calculators, verdicts and cell/scrubber estimates are informational and may be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own safety and for verifying everything before and during a dive. Rebreather diving carries a risk of serious injury or death. Dive within your certification and current training.
Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you store. Don’t use the App unlawfully or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
The App is offline-first and works without our servers. The optional cloud sync is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; we may change, suspend or discontinue it, and we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups where it matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any content, calculation or reading.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, including any dive-related outcome. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
